We do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind or can't make it to the course that you have booked. Deposits are used to purchase materials prior to a course and we may have turned other customers away after you have booked.
We will strive to accommodate booking changes where possible but no less than 7 days prior to the booked course. We will only accommodate one change per booking.

Projects being built in scheduled courses can be left with us for the duration of the course. All other projects and material being stored in our workshop are subject to a daily storage fee. Where practical we encourage our customers to take projects home between visits.
