Workbench Course
This course represents excellent value for money in terms of ending up with an extremely well built workbench. A solid workbench that offers multiple options for holding work pieces is the most important item of equipment in your workshop. In this course participants build their very own workbench while learning about simple joinery techniques and bench layout. These benches are constructed with a hefty Pine base and 36mm plywood top edged in solid hardwood. The base is assembled with heavy duty knock down fittings allowing for dismantling. The overall dimensions are based on a bench of approximately L1800mm x W650mm x H800-900mm with options for building smaller or longer versions. The course fee covers all materials but does not include a vice.
